Frank received numerous awards including an Air Force Commendation Medal for Meritorious Services; an Air Force Commendation for Meritorious Services, Chief, Taipei Aerial Mail Terminal Foreign Technology Division in 1968 for his intelligence work; a National Defense Service Medal; a Korean Service Medal; a United Nations Service Medal; and the Air Force Longevity Service Award.
